| We do the best we can to assure accuracy from the information provided. We sometimes make errors. Therefore, before we will print any job, we require an authorization signature. |
| Traditionally, we will fax the proof artwork to the client. Then await response for corrections, or approval. This procedure works well for simple one or two color projects. This expedites the entire preparation process. |
| Full color projects require color proofs that do not allow this procedure to be effective. We can provide a color proof off of our color ink jet printer, or, provide a PDF file. |
| A Portable Document Format (PDF) file will show every page and color used in a document. In order to view a PDF file, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader.
