Payment Accepted

We accept the following major credit cards Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept cash, money orders, business checks, and cashier checks.

Deposit

We require a deposit of 1/2 of the total amount due prior to start of work.

Final Payment

Final payment is due in full upon completion of printing service.

What happens when I order?

To assist you in making the decision to order your print - we've put together a quick check-list of our ordering process.


1. Customer sends us their image

2. Customer provides advice on editing requirements

As part of our customer-service policy we can assist you with any of your image editing requirements (usually at no charge)

When you send us your order, let us know if you would like any changes made to your images - cropping, editing, conversion to B&W, clean-up of scratches, colour balancing etc.


We will send you electronic proofs within 24 hours of the work being completed. We ask that you confirm that you are happy with any changes. We are happy to provide as many revisions as you require until you are completely satisfied.


3. In most print jobs Midnight Printing will send you a variety of options

We can send you a range of electronic proofs that show you different options that you can choose for your print.

4. Final Confirmation of Order

We will always ask you to sign off on any changes made during the editing stage. This allows us to make sure you are completely happy with the image you have printed.


5. Time Frame

Generally most print jobs are done within 3 days, however, we can do rush jobs for additional charge.


6. Shipping

Once we've shipped your items we will send you an email advising you of its departure date. We will also send you an invoice. No payment is required until you have received your items.


7. Payment and feedback

Once you have paid your account, we will email you a payment confirmation and would appreciate your feedback.
