| We
do the best we can to assure accuracy from the information
provided. We sometimes make errors. Therefore, before we will
print any job, we require an authorization signature. |
| Traditionally,
we will fax the proof artwork to the client. Then await response
for corrections, or approval. This procedure works well for
simple one or two color projects. This expedites the entire
preparation process. |
| Full
color projects require color proofs that do not allow this
procedure to be effective. We can provide a color proof off of our
color ink jet printer, or, provide a PDF file. |
| A
Portable Document Format (PDF) file will show every page and
color used in a document. In order to view a PDF file, you will
need Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available from Adobe
Systems, free of charge. To download this software, simply click
on the icon below - "Get Acrobat Reader". |

| We will output high
resolution film for files sent to us in PostScript or PDF
format. |
| To
create the required PS (PostScript) file, simply download the
appropriate PPD's / drivers for your operating system. |
| The
files can be found on our Download page. |
| Create
a PDF file from your application software. Please be sure to
embed all fonts. |
